Buyfolio is the sole owner of Data collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this Data to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement.
Buyfolio does not collect personally identifying Data, such as names, addresses, email addresses, and the like, except when voluntarily submitted by web site visitors. For registered users, we only collect personally identifiable Data which you provide.
The folio portion of Buyfolio (the "Folio") is a collaborative workspace for all users who have access to that Folio. Listings added to the Folio, and the comments associated with them, are visible to all users of the Folio. They are not visible to, nor shared with, any users not associated with the Folio.
For a prospective homebuyer(s) (the "Client") collaborating on a Folio with a real estate professional (the "Broker"), we provide the Broker with the Client's voluntarily submitted information such as email address and name, a summary of the recent interactions that a user or user(s) had with a Folio and, in certain cases and to a limited extent, the Client's search criteria. All Client's collaborating on a Folio have the ability to save search criteria and view new results for that search. Any Brokers collaborating on the Folio have their own search and results. The Client cannot see the Broker’s search results and vice-versa. If either party wants to share a result from their search, they must save it to the Folio.
When a real estate brokerage (the "Brokerage") uses certain Buyfolio products, such as the Lead Manager product, we provide the Brokerage with certain Broker's voluntarily submitted information such as email address, title, and name, and a summary of the recent interactions that a Broker had with certain Folios.
We keep track of activity on our website via log files stored on our web servers. We collect Data such as IP address, browser type and version, and pages you view. We also keep track of how you got to our site and any links you click on to leave our site. We use our logs of your website activity to assist us in offering you a personalized web experience, to assist you with technical support, to diagnose problems with our server, to administer our website and to tailor our product and service offerings to you.

Data recipients
Your Data is not transmitted to third parties. All credit card and billing information transmitted to the Buyfolio website from your browser is encrypted using SSL 2.0 or SSL 3.0. Any communication with a third party for billing or credit card verification will be encrypted with SSL 2.0 or equivalent encryption.

Users always have the opportunity to opt-out or change preferences via a link in the footer of all non-transactional email messages. Some communications (e.g. important account notifications and billing information) are considered transactional and are necessary for all Buyfolio customers. Children
Buyfolio does not solicit personal information from children. You must be 13 years or older to use this site.
Assignment
This Policy, and any rights and licenses granted hereunder, may not be transferred or assigned by you, but may be assigned by Buyfolio without restriction.
